Olive Grazing was born in Jacksonville Beach in 2020. The mission was simple: build community through beautiful and delicious food.
Welcome! I'm Laura Key; proud boy mom, wife, blue heeler owner, and head cheese wizard at Olive Grazing.
I began my culinary journey in 2015 when I attended pastry school in Los Angeles. After a few years decorating cakes and slinging pastries at renowned bakery, Gjusta, I relocated to Nashville where the next opportunity awaited. I then stepped into my role as Culinary Director at The Fox Bar and Cocktail Club, where the fun really began. The menu I curated had an emphasis on elevated finger foods, largely charcuterie boards. During my tenure at the Fox, I had the pleasure of sampling and serving the finest meats and cheeses out there. I earned multiple awards and accolades, and even had the opportunity to compete on Food Network's Chopped.
I'm married to a Jacksonville native and am so grateful for the path that brought me here to Jacksonville Beach. In addition to making tasty food, I love studying (and drinking) wine, fitness, interior design, music, travel, warm weather, and all things Disney.
